Member of the Kuwait Association of Accountants and Auditors, Kuwait. Certified Lecturer at the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies, Ministry of Justice, Kuwait.

Assisted clients on corporate matters including advising share holding companies including formation of boards of directors, compliance of committees, corporate governance, internal and external auditing legal requirements.

Advising clients on compliance matters related to capital markets laws and regulations.

Advising clients on majority and minority control in various types of companies.

Representing clients in corporate investigations, insolvency, bankruptcy, restructuring, financing, securitization, debtors and creditors cases. Represents clients such as: secured and unsecured creditors, bond holders, asset purchasers, equity sponsors, debtors, and other parties involved in financial restructuring transactions and cases, both in and out of court.
