Ali Al Attar represents insurer, reinsurer, intermediary parties and handles all types of insurance issues covering contractors in mega projects, commercial property, life and health insurance. Ali Al Attar's experience includes dispute resolution, negotiation, arbitration and litigation;

He also represents local and foreign insurance companies, works with P&I clubs on claims and disputes in Kuwait. He acts for ship-owners and their P&I Clubs on matters involving labour, collisions, oil pollution/spills, charter party/bill of lading disputes, ship sale and purchase, ship finance, ship mortgage and ship registrations.
