Mr. Anthony Bader currently serves as a Legal Associate at Meshari Al Osaimi Attorneys and Legal Consultants in Kuwait. He provides specialized legal support in international law, commercial law, corporate matters, and labor and employment law.

He brings diverse professional experience, having worked as a legal trainee and associate in several prominent law firms in Lebanon, including Dr. Antoine Saad’s office and Naoum Farah Law Firm (recognized by Legal 500 – Tier 2), before becoming a registered attorney with the Beirut Bar Association in 2022.

In his current role, Anthony supports the legal team in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, preparing legal memoranda and pleadings, following up on cases before judicial and administrative authorities, and advising local and international clients on corporate and employment-related matters.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Sagesse University, Lebanon, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same institution. His academic background is further strengthened by completing several specialized legal courses from leading international institutions through platforms such as Coursera and Udemy, including training in contract drafting, European business law, and corporate law and finance.

Anthony is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling him to effectively support multilingual legal work and cross-border legal matters.
