Mr. Osama Al-Qarawi is the Director of Audit and Quality Control at Meshari Al Osaimi Law Firm. He leads the legal department’s technical operations, ensures internal coordination between departments, and oversees the firm’s client relations and HR performance tracking. With a strong background in corporate law, governance, compliance, and legal advisory, he previously served as Economic and Legal Advisor to the Minister at the Northern Economic Zone Authority and held leadership roles in legal and investment functions at leading Kuwaiti firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern/Gannon University (USA) and is a Certified Financial Valuer. Mr. Al-Qarawi is fluent in Arabic and English.
