Financial Advisory Department

Our Financial Advisory Department works with the legal team to assess and better understand the commercial aspect of any commercial matter. Our approach is to collect and research the data and get a better understanding of the situation so our legal team can better assess the legal situation and formulate the strategy that needs to be implemented.

During litigation in commercial disputes, the court sends the case to the Ministry of Justice Experts Department. Our role is to highlight our client’s view, and explain and defend our client’s position, with the main objective of having a positive report which expresses our client’s views and financial calculation of damages or obligation due to them or to minimize what they need to pay.
